Hi. I work out at Planet Fitness in Westminster. Does anyone in this group work out there? I could use a workout buddy--or, if not, maybe someone to hike with.

I workout at 24hr on Iris... been demotivated of late, lookin' for someone just to keep the grind alive! I tend to hit the gym 'bout 5 times/wk, but been slackin' of late. We don't have to be workout partners, just someone who wants to go at the same time.

Over the summer I'm thinking maybe a bunch of us can get together and have a walking group or something, with a picnic afterwords perhaps.

I always want to maintain or build more muscle, but, I need some cardio endurance for Mt. Biking too, and I need to cut back on some -ve calories and start cooking and eating more protein based meals. I would like to be at a stable 180lbs.

Cody, I am game but I could stand to loose 15 lbs not gain it, I need to lean out by about 15 lbs???
