I have gotten back in to writing over the last 6 months and I am presently working on a novel and screenplay. I am looking to form a group where we can meet once a week at local establishments or homes and workshop, discuss, and support.
Any takers?

Hey all, I still live out of state, but am in Colorado about six days each month. Do feel free to post writing opportunities, meetings, happenings, factoids, seminars, etc. Are any of you working on a book? How is the freelance world treating you? What groups/organizations are you affiliated with? What do you like to write about? Do share! Currently, I am researching and writing a history and also working on a fiction piece called "Books are Better Than Boys". : )

Just a suggestion... Not much seems to be happening with this group.

One of us might need to have the courage to put work out in front of other members. If folks think this would be a good idea, I'll volunteer.

But I'd like us to get together for beverages and comments, rather than simply using the I-net for those comments. For that, I can't volunteer; if I have more than four people in my place, the rest would have to sit on the floor.

Any ideas regarding a public venue or could somebody with more spacious digs make an offer?

Hi everyone,

Just wondered if we were continuing with our regular meeting schedule, and if so, which week and at what location are we meeting? I'd be up for getting the group started even if there are only 3 or 4 of us.
