I always want to maintain or build more muscle, but, I need some cardio endurance for Mt. Biking too, and I need to cut back on some -ve calories and start cooking and eating more protein based meals. I would like to be at a stable 180lbs.

Whenever I visit my parents, they make me stack wood. I drive snowy dirt roads in extremely fuel efficient cars with sub-woofers. I can change a tire and I drive stick. I grew up drinking sap out of the bucket out on the sugarbush. Yup, backwoods.
